Breakers Finish First Half in 8th Place

The Breakers played an amazing first half season with a 7-9-3 record. The Breakers last loss came against Tottenham losing 1-0 in September! Unfortunately the Breakers offense continues to struggle with only 17 goals!

The Breakers defense on the other hand has been outstanding only giving up 8 goals!! Giving up only 8 goals after half a season is amazing especially for a new team entering their first season of the English Premier League!

The Breakers had a number of offers for transfers, but chose to not accept any! A bit of a shock since financially the Breakers are struggling. However, the Breakers has had the same team for 2 years now and appears to feel comfortable with their squad!

December Ends as Best Month of Breakers Play in Premier League!

The Breakers go 2-2-0 which is the most wins in any month thus far in the season. The best news for the Breakers is that they have not lost a match since losing to Arsenal back in the last week of September. Amazing! The 4-8-0 stretch may seem only like mediocre play, but in reality for an inaguaral year in the esteemed Premier League it's brilliant play from a young squad.

Breakers in 9th Place After Beating Hull City!

The Breakers played well enough to beat Hull City and move up to 9th place. Although the Breakers don't score a lot, their defense is #1 in the league only giving up 8 goals against which is 2 better than #3 ranked Liverpool.

Defense can win games, but offense will be necessary for them to remain in the top 10.

Breakers #11

The Rankings are up and show little major changes in the top 10 with only Everton moving from 9th to 5th. Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool round out the top 4.

The middle of the rankings have the Breakers surprisingly moving from 14th to 11th especially after such a tough schedule in November. Sporting slips from 11th to 15th.

The bottom 5 have little change with Hull City still seeking their first victory.

No major surprises after the month of November ending except that the Breakers end up fairing a bit better than expected and moving up 3 spots against tough teams.

The Breakers remain a solid defensive team forcing many draws and appear on the verge of a possible break through with amazing offensive production in their last match ending in a shocking 5-1 victory against Manchester City.

December looks like a Good Month

It appears that after the toughest month any team faced in November, the Breakers are treated with a relatively easy month in December.

The Breakers have an opportunity to do well in December and move up in the ranks fairly rapidly as they face the following teams:

#8 Wigan Athletics
#14 Blackburn
#12 FC Zenith St. Petersburg
#20 Hull City

The Breakers need to play smart football, but seeing the defense as strong as they have been against Chelsea, Manchester United, and Liverpool should allow them to feel good.

The offense if it continues to keep up their runs may have finally found their groove to score goals!

The Breakers had 7 goals going into the match against Manchester City and nearly doubled it to now 12. Breakers also move up to #11th place with a 4-7-3 record.

Manchester United remains on top with 9-0-1 record scoring 26 goals and giving up 5.

Breakers End September with 1-3-0

Breakers played improved football with winning one match and drawing three. Unfortunately, even with improved play and no losses in September, the Breakers slip from 13th to 14th place.

The Breakers are unable to score goals as they scored 3 goals and gave up 1 in the month of September. The Breakers offense is tied with three other teams for lowest amount of goals scored.

On the other hand, the Breakers defense continues to play magnificently with only giving up one goal and a total of 5 for the year. In fact, the Breakers are tied with Manchester United (ranked 1 with a 9-0-1) with fewest goals being scored against them being 5.

The Breakers came across a stunning game of football with their draw against Chelsea which shocked the soccer community. However, they came out flat against West Ham who scored in the opening minutes of the match and the Breakers fought to get a goal. Bock scores finally to tie the match up!

Unfortunately the Breakers couldn't muster up the go ahead goal and the match ended in a disappointing draw.
