Breakers Season Beginning to Crumble! Manchester City 3-0 Victory!

Manchester City is a wake up call to the Breakers who was on a season high with amazing defense, a new park of offense, and only wins or draws for months! However, 2 draws and a loss in the last 3 matches have shown that the Breakers are not indestructible. The shock was that the Breakers were able to draw with Arsenal with 3 goals each and couldn't do anything against Manchester City.

A long interview after the match from the Breakers Manager admitted defeat, but also mentioned the International play of over half their starters didn't help.

#4 Manchester City vs #6 Santa Cruz Breakers

The last two draws by the Breakers have had them slip from #4 to #6. Unfortunately, the loss of Chow for another 2 weeks and re-injury to C. Campanilla for 4-6 weeks will be challenging as the Breakers hope to finish in the Top 7 if not the Top 4.

The strong defense of the Breakers have obviously been shaken with giving up 4 goals in the past two matches. Prior to these matches, the Breakers had not given up a goal in over 3 months!

3-3 Draw has Breakers Slip to 6th Place!

A well played match against the tough Arsenal team ends with a heart breaking 3-3 draw. The draw had no impact on the standings for Arsenal, but a huge drop in standings for the Breakers. This friendly rivalry has heated up and it's obvious that both team and fans are out for blood!

Tired Breakers Face #7 Arsenal

First real challenge of many ahead face Breakers!

Shocking Draw at Home! Breakers 1-1, Remain in 4th

The Breakers did not score a "real" goal as the "own goal" was the only one on the side of the Breakers. The last minute Penalty Kick was the first goal the Breakers have given up in a long time! Fans shocked!

Own Goal! Breakers up 1-0

The Breakers switched their formation at the start of the match and ended up getting an own goal!

Breakers Lose Chow for 4 weeks! Take on Fulham!

The Breakers switch their formation from a 4-3-3 with two CF's and a SS to now a 4-4-2 with a CF and SS. Not a great time to lose Captain Chow whose last two assists led to 1-0 victories in the last two matches.

Although Chow is not scoring a lot of goals his leadership on the field with a number of challenging matches ahead will be missed!

Breakers Win 7th Straight and Move into 4th Place!

The Breakers have not given up a goal since a 1-1 draw against Wigan Athletic in mid December. In fact, the Breakers have not loss a game since losing to 2-0 Arsenal in the last week of September.

The Breakers only won one match in September and ran into a 4 game losing streak. A shocking 0-0 draw in against Chelsea in the frist week of October kicked off 18 straight wins or draws...

Although the critics believe the Breakers have played well, they also believe that the Breakers have been playing the easy half of the schedule and face the Top teams in the final weeks.

The Breakers will need to remain composed if they would like to finish in one of the Top 7 spots. The past two games were wins, but felt chaotic.

Who Say's Statistics Don't Lie?

The Breakers win a well fought match against what has become a bitter rivalry! Although statistically this match appears to have been dominated by the Breakers it really wasn't!

This might have been one of the hardest fought victories have ever played in their young two seasons. Every pass and shot on goal was defended. Every brilliant corner kick was blocked...

Breakers excited with home victory making it 7 wins in a row!

Kirby was open but the defenders closed quick! Gooaaal!
