League Game 4: Havre Athletic Club vs Santa Cruz Breakers

The Santa Cruz Breakers came out strong against the Havre Athletic Club . The rain initially appeared to favor the Breakers as the slippery surface slowed down the game play. However, the Havre Athletic Club quickly showed the breakers that the rain and slower game play was neither an advantage or disadvantage for them with their first score coming at the 18' mark by Alla.

Nam (7) from the Breakers had a solid shot on goal as they fought their way back from the early goal, but the goalkeeper was able to stop the powerful shot.

Alla scored his second goal at the 30' mark and the tension in the air thickened as Havre Athletic Club took a commanding 2-0 lead against the visiting Breakers. A nail in the coffin was scored quickly with a third and final goal of the game being scored at the 39'.

The Breakers trailed 3-0 at the half and would need to remain focused for the tough final 45 minutes of play ahead.

Although Nam (7) from the Breakers had another strong strike, it hit the right cross bar and rolled out.

Ironically, the Breakers had more shots on goal than they have ever had, but still lose 3-0.

The Breakers face the FC Zenit St. Petersburg in their next match and hope to begin turning around their season!
